Orders and Delivery
Song to Gift creates custom digital music gifts from the details you submit. Delivery windows are estimates based on the speed selected at checkout. We may deliver sooner, and we will contact you if an order needs clarification.
Personal Details You Submit
You are responsible for having permission to share names, stories, photos, and other personal details that you provide. Do not submit unlawful, hateful, or harmful content.
Digital Files
Finished songs, album covers, sharing pages, and add-ons are digital goods. You may use your song for personal gifting, sharing, and keepsakes. Commercial use requires written permission from Song to Gift.
Refunds
If the song does not feel right, contact us within 30 days. We may offer a revision, replacement, or refund depending on the issue and order status.
