What We Collect
We collect the information you provide during checkout and song creation, including email address, recipient names, stories, preferences, uploaded images, and order metadata.
How We Use It
We use order details to create lyrics, generate audio, prepare album artwork, send order updates, provide support, and show your private tracking and sharing pages.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Song to Gift does not store full card numbers. Stripe may collect billing details required to process your order.
Sharing
Songs are private by default. A shared song page is accessible to anyone with the link after the order is ready and released.
Your Choices
You can request help with an order from the tracking page. You can also ask us to remove personal order details when they are no longer needed for support or legal recordkeeping.
